Meeting called to order: By Ahren Fox at 5:30 pm Second by Richard Miller.
Treasurer Report: Bill coming up for filing taxes and Insurance
Employee Relations Report: None

New Business: Discussed having a Christmas party or gift cards.
Open discussion:
Discussed a counter offer to present to the city. Key changes from our original proposal listed below
- · Most likely go to a 2-year contract with the possibility of a 3 year if the city can make it beneficial for us.
- · COLA increases = 6.5% for the first year – 6.0% for the second year – 5.5% if we agree to a third year
- · Add another $25 per person for medical on top of the City’s offer as well as a 60% City – 40% Employee split for future insurance price increases
- · Keep deferred comp at cities current offer of $1250 per year
- · Remove longevity pay, and keep the request for an H-Step
- · Targeted salary increases decreased to 5% for all listed classifications and add (if able) Librarian I, Librarian II, Librarian III, and Principle Librarian.
- · Keep Shift Differential raise
- · Keep Duty Holiday at double time
- · Keep additional holiday or float time
