Meeting called to order: By Mike Heiser at 5:15 p.m.
Motion was made to accept the April Minutes & Seconded

Treasurer Report:
May OCEA dues increased

Activity Report: none

Employee Relations:

Stewards Report: none

Old Business: none

New Business:
Report on our proposal, it was rejected by the City, they presented a counter proposal which included changing the salary schedule for all new hirers..  We rejected this counter based on the two-tiered salary, a non starter for Teamsters and OCEA.  We countered with importance of an increase in base wages for a 2-year contract.  All other items on the contract would be add-ons, non persable.
