Motion was made to accept the September 24, 2024 Meeting Minutes by Richard Miller seconded by Mike.

Nominations were made for President and the open Recording Secretary position. For President, Carlos Raymundo nominated Ahren Fox, Lauranne Christov Nominated David Bedolla, and Christine Walker nominated Mike Heiser. For the Open Recording Secretary position Lleymi Martinez nominated Daniell Jones.
Reviewed how the members would like to proceed in the ongoing MOU negotiations.
