Meeting called to order: By Mike Heiser at 5:30 pm Second by Nate Hoffman.
Motion was made to accept the October 17, 2023 Meeting Minutes by Richard Miller seconded by Nate.
Treasurer Report: Richard Miller gave a report.
Employee Relations Report: Neil Sholander had nothing to report. Discussed contract updates.
Activity Report: none

New Business:
Appointed Aaron Fox as Corresponding Secretary. Introductions of a new e-board. Will review bylaws. Neil went over marijuana policy. Discussed upcoming negotiations and salary study. Will go over the framework for upcoming negotiations. There will no longer be a designated cell phone number for OCEA. Email Secretary or President with inquiries.
