Discussed new contract with the following proposed details:
- Two year contract
- 3% increase effective the first full pay period in July 2019
- 1.5 % increase effective the first full pay period in July 2020
- $500.00 Increase in deferred compensation
- Increase in certification pay from $ 0.87 to $ 1.00
- Two additional certification classes added
- 50% off Annual Beach Parking Permit
