Meeting called to order: By Mike Heiser at 5:16 p.m.
Motion was made to accept the October minutes by Rich, seconded by Christine

Treasurer Report: Rich discussed

Activity Report: Neil out.

Stewards Report: none.

Old Business:
OCEA is still with Teamsters Kaiser for medical.  Change would not happen without a vote.

Holiday Party Planning: Date is set for Wednesday December 12, Senior Center on Country Club Lane at 5:30 p.m. Robeta will select food.   Donation discussed. We like giving socks to Brother Benno’s. Gifts discussed. Contact us if you are working and cannot attend.

New Business:
eBoard nominations: Christine nominated Mario for VP, Jennelise 2nd.  No dissent, Mario appointed Vice-President of OCEA eBoard.

Discussion of no meeting in November, only email of agenda sent out. Next meeting will be Holiday Party on Wednesday, December 12 at 5:30 p.m. at Country Club Senior Center.
