The 2017 – 2019 Memorandum of Understanding between the City and the Oceanside City Employees’ Association outlines the City’s agreement to contribute $750 per year ($28.85 per pay period) to an employee’s 457 deferred compensation account with ICMA-RC. In order to receive the City contribution, employees must be enrolled in a 457 deferred compensation account with ICMA-RC by December 31, 2017. If you need assistance with enrollment, Josefina Martinez, Retirement Plans Specialist with ICMA-RC, will be at City Hall to offer two informational sessions about the 457 plan. Please plan to attend if you would like additional information.
Josefina will also be available to meet with employees for one-on-one appointments to assist with enrollment paperwork. The schedule is as follows:

• Tuesday, December 5, 2017, City Hall, HR Offices (8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)
