Meeting called to order: By Mike Heiser at 5:20 p.m.
Motion was made to accept the February Minutes by Rich Miller & Seconded by Bob Vettel

Treasurer Report:

• Once checking account reaches $10,000, will start putting the surplus into savings for possible OCEA events such as a Summer picnic.

New Business:

• Discussion of PERS.
• (4) Scholarships available for High School Seniors entering college and OCEA members attending college.  from 911 Teamsters.  Application can be found here:

• Mike Heiser discussed the proposal for the new MOU, negotiations start in April.
