Meeting Minutes – January 17, 2017

Meeting called to order: By Mike Heiser at 5:23 p.m.
Motion was made to accept the November Minutes, Treasurer Report, and the January Agenda as presented by Jennelise Hafen & Seconded by William Tucker

Treasurer Report
Employee Relations: None, Chester not in attendance.
Stewards Report: None

Old Business: Holiday party was good, next year we will need to pay Parks and Rec maybe new location.  Discussion of donation of to the Library in Patty Jago’s name Mario Corral presented motion of donation,  without setting precedence and for exceptional and loyal service, $200 to the LIbrary for a cancer collection in Patty Jago’s name.  Motion by Mike Gonzalez, seconded by Jenny Karikau, unanimous vote.

New Business:
Discussion on upcoming contract negotiations, details withheld for public publication.  Next meeting will have more details.
