Patty Jago passed away this past Monday, August 1. She devoted her life to the Library and the community, she will be greatly missed. Patty has been with the City of Oceanside for almost 40 years. She started as a Library Page in October 1976. She became a full time Clerk in November 1981 and a Library Technician in May 1990.
Her service will be held on Friday, August 5th at Saint Mary’s Star of the Sea at 609 Pier View Way. Rosary will be at 10:30 a.m. followed by a Mass at 11:00 a.m. There will be a reception after the service here at the Civic Center Library immediately after the service. The invitation to the service and the reception is extended to everyone that was touched by Patty, she was loved by many in the City.
