Meeting called to order: By Mike Heiser at 5:21
Motion by Rich Miller/Jennelise Hafen to approve minutes/agenda. Passed.
Treasurer Report: Total Balance on 10/31/15 was $18,681.72
Employee Relations: Chester Mordisini reported on article in LA Times regarding PERS Board dropping the investment rate by 1% to 6.25%. Any possible affects by OCEA will not be seen till Spring 2017.
Carl Demaio is still trying to circumvent the state’s constitution.
Quiet on the discipline front.
Old Business: Christmas party discussion included:
- Decision to start the party at 5:15 pm
- Motion by Mario Corral/Christine Walker to increase the party budget from $4500 to $5000.
- A minimum $5 donation will collected to benefit buying books for kids.
- Creation of invitation flyer by Jennelise Hafen.
New Business:
